Nymphaea “Glori-du-temple-sur-lot” Hardy from zone 4-11. Plant Size: Medium-Large.
Bred by Latour Marliac in 1913. 5-6" flower starts off light pink on the first day and by the third day it is pale-pink to almost white. Pads spread 5-6 feet across. It has the very long odorato root system and wide 5-8" green leaves. This lily will grow in 6“ to 2.5' of water. It does best in 18" of water. This is a beautiful bloom. It will grow well in an earthen pond and spreads rapidly. Good shade plant for fish. You can use a 2 to 4 gallon container to grow this one, and don't forget to fertilize.
